Ingredients

  • 750 g pumpkin (peeled, deseeded, and cut into chunks)

  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 25 g melted butter
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar

Steps to Prepare

1. Prepare the Pumpkin

  • Bring the pumpkin to a boil in a large saucepan of water.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Drain and cool.
